Roles & Responsibilities:

Strong object-oriented concepts and programming skills with Smalltalk technology. Transforming the business requirements to technical design using the MVC design pattern. Understand the existing Smalltalk legacy system and generate detailed report on each functionality based on class hierarchy and methods. Provide support to the application migration team with the functional knowledge. Compare the Smalltalk code with the java code once the business functionality migrated through the Rule extracting tool. Ability to provide technical directions with good communication skills. Good fundamental knowledge on SQL, PL/SQL, GitHub. Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to resolve issues and improve system reliability. Customer-focused mindset and effective interpersonal skills. Salary Range - $120,000 - 160,000 a year
