Job Description

Technical Parts & Operations Specialist We are seeking an organised and proactive Technical Parts & Operations Specialist to support our North American (USA & Canada) customers, based at our warehouse in Lakeville, Minneapolis. This is a split role — roughly 60% of your time will be desk-based, handling customer calls, parts interpretation, and order processing, and the remianing will be physical warehouse work including unloading containers, stacking shelves, and loading trucks. It's the perfect fit for someone who enjoys variety and doesn't want to be stuck behind a desk — or in a warehouse — all day. You'll play a key role in delivering a seamless aftersales experience — supporting customers, coordinating parts and logistics, and ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer outcomes. About the Role You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service across customer support, logistics, and parts coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing customer service and support for USA & Canada markets Handling parts enquiries and providing accurate parts interpretation support Assisting with warranty and technical support calls for North America Ensuring finished goods and parts orders are dispatched in a timely manner Processing parts orders and receipting stock Processing intercompany parts orders Container unloading and inbound goods Arranging freight and loading trucks Ensuring products received are to the required quality standards Maintaining warehouse organisation and stock accuracy What We're Looking For Mechanically minded; agricultural machinery or aftersales experience preferred Experience in customer service, logistics, or operations Strong organisational and multitasking skills High attention to detail and quality standards Confident communicator with a problem-solving mindset Comfortable working across systems (CRM, ERP, or similar) Forklift licence and experience A sense of responsibility for ensuring every customer is looked after
