• Minimum qualifications:
• + Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. + 2 years of experience in program management. + 2 years of experience with artificial intelligence/machine learning projects, tools or infrastructure.
• Preferred qualifications:
• + 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

+ Experience implementing artificial intelligence within complex enterprise domains. + Experience in data centers or network physical infrastructure planning, evaluation and negotiations. + Experience with AI/Machine Learning projects, tools, or infrastructure with large-scale, complex applications. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Responsibilities
• + Identify gaps and opportunities for scaling and operationalizing AI solutions.

+ Be responsible for scoping, planning, creating, setting milestones and program tracking. + Use leadership, product and technical judgment in AI to drive program delivery. + Navigate multiple, interdependent work streams, functional and technical AI concepts, and conversations across different stakeholders to drive collaboration and consensus. + Provide expertise and support on specific projects and standardize the approach for expansion of AI features to stakeholders.
