As a Technical Recruiter for AI Software, you'll partner directly with engineering teams to identify, attract, and assess world-class candidates across the full spectrum of AI software development. From custom chip codesign, to large-scale infrastructure, inference, deployment, and low-level programming, you'll scale the teams powering Tesla's most ambitious work. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
