Target OTE:
$57,000+) The Mission MatchStack is redefining how companies architect their futures. We don't just "sell" a tool; we provide the blueprint for technical scalability. We are looking for a Technical Sales Closer to be our boots on the ground at the most influential tech gatherings in the world. You won't just be standing at a booth; you'll be navigating the floor, identifying key decision-makers, and translating MatchStack's technical value into enterprise partnerships.
The Role:
"The Event Hunter" Dominate the
Floor:
Represent MatchStack at major 2026 summits (SaaStr AI Annual, Plug and Play Summit, TechCrunch Disrupt).
Technical Discovery:
Engage CTOs, Engineering VPs, and Founders in high-level discussions about their current stack pain points.
Demo & Close:
Perform "elevator demos" of MatchStack on-site, qualifying leads and moving them into the closing pipeline.
Network Mapping:
Leverage after-parties, VIP mixers, and networking lounges to build a high-value pipeline.
Who You Are Tech-Fluent:
You know the difference between a microservices architecture and a monolithic one. You can talk about Node.js, AWS scaling, and API integrations without breaking a sweat.
The Closer:
You don't just collect business cards; you book demos. You have a proven track record in B2B SaaS or technical recruiting.
SV Resident:
You are already embedded in the Bay Area ecosystem and know the "who's who" of the valley.
Entrepreneurial:
You thrive in a 100% performance-based environment where your income is a direct reflection of your ability to move the needle.

$1,000.00 - $57,000.00 per month
