Technical Service Engineer

On-site, Sturtevant, WI What You'll Do:

Install, commission, and maintain equipment at customer sites Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues Utilize software knowledge to: Update embedded code (firmware, assembly code) for equipment calibration, optimization, or bug fixes Collaborate with peers on root cause analysis of software/hardware issues Train customers on operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures Document service activities, including field reports, code modifications, and parts usage Provide feedback from field issues to engineering and product development teams Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations Up to 50% travel domestically and internationally (as required, sometimes on short notice) to support customer installations and service calls Update embedded code (firmware, assembly code) for equipment calibration, optimization, or bug fixes Collaborate with peers on root cause analysis of software/hardware issues

What We're Looking For:

Education and Experience:
