Program Highlights:
An eight-month program combining instructor-led classroom, lab, and shop experience. The program alternates weekly between one of our Ohio Cat training facilities (Cleveland or Columbus) and your home shop. ~640 hours of hands-on training.Comprehensive training in:

ATS/Circuit Protection/Troubleshooting Loadbanking Applied Failure Analysis What You'll Do:
Learn to service and maintain Caterpillar generators and engines. Develop expertise in electrical systems and generator operation. Collaborate with industry leaders and serve vital customers.Who You Are:
High school diploma or equivalent. Interest in electrical and mechanical systems. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Motivated to join a fast-paced, high-growth industry.Benefits:
