Technician Operator *2ND SHIFT 12 HUORS*

THIS POSITION IS FOR THE 2ND SHIFT 12 HOURS 4PM

to 4AM Reporting directly to the Lead Technician, as a Technician you will be responsible for performing tasks that are necessary to provide high quality, efficient, timely production. You will be required to learn and excel in multiple departments. Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. Key Responsibilities Machine Set up Change raw materials & dye color Ensure machines are running efficiently, monitoring equipment and acting as first line of maintenance to prevent machine downtime Inspecting parts for defects Performing routing maintenance, Troubleshooting equipment issues Perform other related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English Ability to pay attention to detail Ability to solve problems Safety protocols Quality control standards

Required Qualifications Education:

Highschool Diploma or GED Experience:

1 Year of related manufacturing experience or related experience Physical Requirements Standing for long periods of time (>75%).. Able to lift up to 65 lbs to head height.
