Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate educator to join our team to lead students through an engaging, scaffolded introductory curriculum focused on Technology, Engineering, and innovation. This introductory course immerses students in the dynamic worlds of Technology, Engineering, and Innovation through hands-on design challenges, creative problem-solving, and real-world applications. Students will explore foundational concepts in engineering design, emerging technologies, systems thinking, and innovation while developing collaboration, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Through interactive projects and inquiry-based learning experiences, learners will investigate how technology and engineering shape our world and discover how innovative thinking can be used to solve authentic challenges.

Qualifications:

Current Ohio teaching licensure or willingness to secure one through an alternative pathway. Experience that lends itself to Technology, Engineering, and Innovation disciplines. Experience implementing design thinking, entrepreneurial learning, with a background in performing arts, business, or youth leadership programs preferred. Successful completion of a Bachelor's degree

Competency Based Education Physical Requirements:
