Pricing & Product Development:
Design innovative pricing strategies and provide sound recommendations for PRT pricing assumptions.PRT Transaction Execution:
Oversee PRT pricing schedules, ensuring smooth operations, with the ability to forecast scenarios and mitigate risks.Profitability & Performance :
Monitor and analyze profitability and business performance, using insights to inform future pricing strategies and drawing connections across deals to uncover valuable insights.Stakeholder Engagement :
Present, justify, and defend pricing outcomes and/or internal projects to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and transparent communication.Strategic Collaboration:
Partner with Sales teams to develop competitive, data-driven bidding strategies that align with market conditions.Insightful Communication :
Extract actionable insights from analysis and effectively communicate findings through compelling storytelling to drive decision-making.Intuitive Technical Solutions :
Ensure that pricing processes, tools, and technical solutions are clear, understandable, and accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Agile Transformation:

Qualified Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) with experience in actuarial pricing, product development, and modeling. Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Direct experience with Pension Risk Transfer products. Strong sense of ownership with the ability to take initiative and drive results from start to finish, ensuring alignment within scope. Demonstrable track record of working effectively with others, providing mentorship, and driving team success. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high degrees of ambiguity and change. Ability to see the big picture, drive initiatives with impact, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & VBA What makes you stand out: Prior experience with Pension Risk Transfer transaction pricing. Strong team player with a growth mindset, focused on continuous improvement, sustainability, scalability, and empowering others to grow and succeed collectively. Ability to multitask with shifting priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining calm composure and flexibility in handling urgent requests. Self-starter with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. VBA coding experience and proficiency in related programming languages. Experience with actuarial modeling systems, particularly Prophet. Base salary ranges (location specific):Newport Beach, CA:
$167,670- 204,236
Omaha, NE:
$144,810- $176,990
Charlotte, NC:

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay. $167,670.00- $204,930.
