Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role you translate business vision into actionable development work within the Life Actuarial and Reinsurance Agile team. You bridge business needs with technologists to shape life and annuity products, driving value, compliance, and timely delivery. You collaborate across stakeholders to refine user stories and manage backlogs, contributing to pricing, development, and risk management initiatives. You join a mission-driven culture that supports members and military spouses while enabling growth. This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity to help shape products at scale.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Understand business strategy and translate it into prioritized stories and features
  • Own and maintain backlog for one or more Agile teams with clear acceptance criteria
  • Represent the business as the voice of the customer throughout the delivery cycle
  • Collaborate with UX, design, QA, and IT to align road maps and releases
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, process understanding, and risk/controls awareness
  • Lead change management activities and measure benefits and adoption
  • Execute comprehensive test plans including UAT and production validation
  • Apply multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, etc.) and contribute to project-level work Tasks
  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience (8 years without degree)
  • 4 years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, or requirements analysis
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, databases, and project management tools
  • Familiarity with Agile and other delivery methodologies
  • Experience analyzing requirements and identifying process improvements within risk/regulatory contexts
  • Knowledge of Process Engineering and Change Management practices
  • Ability to independently gather requirements, write user stories, and drive development through acceptance Key requirements
