As an Actuarial Associate, you'll gain hands-on experience working with data, pricing, reserving, and risk analysis while collaborating with knowledgeable professionals across underwriting, claims, finance, and leadership. About the Role Utilizes and verifies data provided by Information Technology to prepare ratemaking, reserving, and modeling analysis.

Develops data and reports for special projects.

Maintains, enhances, and develops templates used for ratemaking, reserving, and modeling.

Maintains clear and concise documentation of ratemaking, reserving, and modeling methods and activities.

Provides analysis of ratemaking, reserving, modeling, and special projects.

Passes one CAS exam per year unless Associateship has already been achieved. About Yo u You enjoy using logic and analysis to solve problems and can quickly learn new technical skills.

You enjoy divergent thinking and the propensity to question existing practices.

You are an excellent listener and easily builds rapport. You are a self-starter, manages multiple responsibilities, and adheres to time-sensitive tasks. You enjoy learning business acumen.

You are quality focused and manages the efficiency, accuracy, and integrity of your work. What it Will Take Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, economics, or related field and 2 years of actuarial work experience (OR) 5 years of actuarial work experience.

Strong proficiency in Excel and Database.

Completion of at least four actuarial exams.

Highly motivated and ability to work independently.5+ years of experience in property/casualty insurance highly desirable
