A well-backed, rapidly growing E&S platform is building out its actuarial function and is looking for an ACAS (or FCAS) level actuary to join at an early stage. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership while helping define pricing strategy, analytics capability, and underwriting performance in a business that's just launching its product suite. Requirements:

ACAS or FCAS (credential required) ~5+ years of P&C actuarial experience Strong technical skills (Excel required; SQL/VBA preferred ) Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, build-oriented environment Compensation & Structure Base salary up to ~$200K (targeting mid•150Ks for most hires) Discretionary bonus + minimum 5% profit sharing Relocation support available (sign-on to offset costs) Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote Location Based in Clearwater, FL (Tampa area)•offering a strong quality of life, no state income tax, and a growing insurance market presence Apply Now
