  • USA Manager / Team Leader Show compensation Apply now Save position Experteer Overview In this role you will apply advanced actuarial methods to shape pricing and regulatory-compliant models for all lines of business.
You will work with cross-functional teams to innovate pricing workflows, enhance modular processes, and ensure reproducibility and automation. The position offers impact through modern actuarial solutions that support member security and organizational risk management. comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans 401(k) and pension paid time off with holidays and volunteer hours parental benefits and adoption assistance wellness programs career planning and continuing education Responsibilities Apply advanced actuarial techniques to complex pricing projects and regulatory challenges Develop methodologies and reporting tools; monitor model performance and ensure robust controls Lead special actuarial initiatives and train colleagues on relevant methodologies Translate business problems into technical requirements and deliver data-driven solutions Collaborate with Go-to-Market Pricing and Insights teams to implement actuarial solutions Communicate results effectively to technical and executive audiences and support cross-functional decisions Identify compliance gaps and drive process improvements to mitigate risk Represent Actuary in cross-functional efforts and maintain alignment with risk and regulatory policies Key requirements Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related actuarial/analytical experience 4 years of actuarial or analytical business experience ACAS credential Advanced skills in actuarial, mathematical, and statistical techniques Proficiency with data analysis tools including Python, R, SQL, SAS and BI tools Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain complex solutions to diverse audiences Experience with pricing methodologies and GLM/GBM models Knowledge of Model Risk Management and regulatory requirements US military experience or military spouse/domestic partner problem-solving critical thinking cross-functional collaboration pricing methodologies GLM/GBM models Python
