Agile Coach#26-07525 Chandler, AZ Hybrid Contract Starts 9/14/2026 Ends 9/13/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Delivery Lead for a hybrid position (3 days per week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of work across multiple Agile teams supporting a major AI and Agentic Transformation initiative. The individual in this role serves as a senior facilitator and coach, driving collaboration across teams and stakeholders, helping resolve systemic impediments, and promoting continuous improvement in ways of working across the transformation.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate Agile planning and execution routines across multiple teams synchronize delivery of deliverables, epics, and stories across teams to improve predictability, alignment, and flow of work Facilitate cross-team planning, dependency management, risk review, and issue resolution to support integrated delivery Maintain visibility into delivery progress, milestones, impediments, and execution risks across the broader body of work Promote effective collaboration andmunication across teams, workstream leads, stakeholders, and transformation leadership Support backlog and work readiness by helping ensure uing work is sufficiently defined, sequenced, and coordinated before execution begins Escalate and help resolve systemic blockers, dependency conflicts, and delivery issues that affect execution across teams Use delivery and flow metrics to assess health, identify improvement opportunities, and help drive more consistent execution oues Coach teams and delivery participants on Agile practices, flow discipline, coordination expectations, and continuous improvement methods Provide clear and timelymunication to leadership and stakeholders regarding progress, risks, dependencies, timeline shifts, and decisions needed ensure execution remains aligned to agreed priorities, target oues, and broader transformation milestones Drive continuous improvement across planning, coordination, and delivery practices to strengthen execution discipline and portfolio visibility Mentor more junior Scrum Masters or delivery practitioners w appropriate and help promote stronger Agile practices across the organization
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices and experience coordinating work across multiple teams in aplex enterprise environment Demonstrated ability to facilitate large-scale planning, synchronization, and execution routines across interdependent teams and stakeholders Experience managing delivery flow across multiple deliverables, epics, and stories to support predictable and coordinated execution Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead cross-team working sessions, planning events, status reviews, and improvement forums Experience managing cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, impediments, and escalation paths in a structured and timely manner Ability to maintain broad visibility into delivery progress, sequencing, readiness, and blockers across multiple teams or workstreams Strongmunication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise updates on plans, progress, risks, and decisions to leadership and delivery teams Experience using delivery metrics to assess progress, predictability, team health, and opportunities for continuous improvement Ability to coach teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders on Agile delivery discipline, flow management, and continuous improvement practices Experience promoting alignment across business, technology, and transformation stakeholders withpeting demands and priorities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across a large delivery scope Experience working in a fast-paced andplex environment with evolving priorities, integrated planning needs, and cross-functional dependencies Working knowledge of Agile tooling and workflow management practices (e.g., Jira) used to track delivery, dependencies, risks, and release progress Experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and judgment skills in support of coordinated execution and timely decision-making Pay range: $85.07 - $93.07 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
