Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and related frameworks. Experience coaching cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational change and identify barriers to Agile adoption. Proven track record of driving process improvements and helping teams achieve measurable outcomes.
