Job Description

Everforth ECS is seeking a Technical Agile Coachto work in the National Capital Region covering theOrlando, FL.
Please Note:
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Serve as the Technical Agile Coachfor one or moreAgileteams supporting the Government program'sobjectives.

Facilitate all coreAgileceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with theAgileProgramManager, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure sprint goals are well-defined, achievable, and aligned with program priorities.

Remove team impediments, coordinate dependencies, and escalate risks or blockers as needed tomaintaindelivery momentum.

Coach team members onAgileprinciples, values, and best practices to strengthenAgilematurity and collaboration across teams.

Promote continuous improvement byidentifyingprocess enhancements, fostering open communication, and encouraging accountability.

Track and communicate team progress throughAgilemetrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) and ensure transparency in reporting to leadership and stakeholders.

SupportAgileadoption and help the organization applyScrum, Kanban, or Lean practices whereappropriate.

Maintain documentation of team activities, deliverables, and lessons learned to support ongoing process refinement.

Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with Government standards and project requirements.

Active Secret ClearanceMinimum 3 years of experience working as aScrumMaster,AgileCoach, orAgileProject Lead.

Demonstrated experiencefacilitatingAgileceremonies and supporting at least two fullAgileprojects frominceptionthrough completion.

Proven success managing team-level delivery and coordinating across cross-functional or multi-disciplinary teams.

Strong understanding ofScrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, ora relateddiscipline.
Certification:
CertifiedScrumMaster (CSM),SAFeScrumMaster (SSM), or equivalentAgilecertification.
