Job Description

Job Description We are currently looking for a contract Release Train Engineer/Agile Coach to drive measurable improvements in ART maturity, delivery predictability, dependency management, flow metrics, and operating model effectiveness through coaching, facilitation, leadership influence, and continuous improvement practices.
Responsibilities include:
  •  Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes, including PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, system demos, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders to achieve portfolio and business objectives.
  •  Proactively identify, manage, and drive resolution of risks, impediments, dependencies, and delivery challenges within and across ARTs, fostering accountability and ensuring issues are addressed through completion.
  •  Establish, analyze, and communicate ART health, flow, predictability, dependency, and delivery metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve execution, capacity planning, predictability, and business outcomes.
  •  Serve as a key communication and coordination leader for the ART, providing transparent status, risk, dependency, and mitigation reporting while facilitating collaboration across teams, leaders, partner ARTs, and stakeholders.
  •  Assess and advance ART maturity and operating model effectiveness by coaching Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering Directors, and business stakeholders on SAFe principles, roles, practices, and continuous improvement.
  •  Act as a servant leader and change agent, driving measurable improvements in flow, dependency management, delivery performance, and organizational agility through coaching, facilitation, and data-driven continuous improvement.
The hourly pay rate for this role is between $55-65/hr.
