Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Agile Coach to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring teams to adopt Agile practices. If you are passionate about fostering a collaborative environment and driving continuous improvement, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Lead and mentor teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies to deliver high-value software solutions. Act as a change agent by setting a vision, providing thought leadership, and removing obstacles to Agile success. Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Technical Leads, and executives on Agile principles and practices. Facilitate team transparency by addressing impediments and communicating progress to relevant stakeholders. Conduct evaluations and reviews of processes, offering recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with various workstreams to enhance team performance and mitigate challenges. Skills Proven experience in Agile coaching and mentoring, with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging diverse teams. Ability to facilitate discussions and workshops that promote Agile practices and principles. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement. Preferred Skills Experience with scaling Agile practices across multiple teams or organizations. Familiarity with various Agile tools and software. Knowledge of DevOps practices and product management methodologies.
