Responsibilities Facilitate planning and synchronization events to ensure alignment and transparency across teams. Guide teams through Agile Release Train processes, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Coach leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices to enhance value flow and mitigate potential issues. Develop strategies to anticipate and address challenges, ensuring smooth execution of objectives. Skills Proven experience in guiding teams through Agile processes and fostering collaboration. Strong ability to coach teams in Lean-Agile principles and drive continuous improvement. Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential issues. Effective communication skills to ensure alignment and transparency across diverse teams. Preferred Skills Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or related certifications. Bachelor's degree in computer science, project management, business administration, or related field. Experience in synthesizing visions, roadmaps, and backlogs for strategic alignment.
