Agile Coach#26-07307 Charlotte, NC Plano, TX Pennington, NJ Hybrid Contract Starts 8/03/2026 Ends 8/02/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Product Owner - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The Technical Product Owner will analyze and translate business needs to assess feasibility for enhancements to existing products and solutions or building new offerings. Sitting within the technology group, you will act as an ambassador for change, drive technology development, and be a subject matter expert for a portfolio of products. You will be responsible for eliciting requirements, writing and grooming epics and stories, and generating process flow diagrams.

Responsibilities:

Analyze the impact of proposed solutions across the business and develop use cases Elicit and document business and functional requirements Write and groom business enablement, technology enablement, and tech debt Epics, MBIs, and stories Generate process and data flow diagrams and create user guides Act as a liaison across various business units, systems development staff, management, and end-users Contribute to the successful implementation of assigned projects

Requirements:

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working in Agile methodology, preferably in a Business Analyst / Product Owner role Deep understanding of various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle Ability tomunicate clearly and effectively with both technology/development and business partners Ability to create user journeys, user stories, wireframes, mockups, and basic diagrams Experience using tools like Rally and JIRA for Agile projects Understanding of business process redesign concepts and process improvement techniques Understanding and experience with technical solutions andponents (APIs, Middleware, Services, SQL) Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with strong written and verbal presentation skills Prior experience in an IT or management consulting environment with a focus on business analysis within financial services Certification in Agile Scrum; specifically, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Product Owner Desired skills: Working closely with product partners to on-board new functional requirements in the system Documenting designs and improving developer tooling and standards Participating in code reviews and daily SCRUM Pay range: $74.51 - $82.51 per hour ​ Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
