Job Description:
Join a dynamic team as an Agile Technical Coach, where you'll play a pivotal role in guiding teams through agile transformations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to work on-site with a flexible remote work option, contributing to the development of innovative solutions in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Act as a change agent to influence and coach teams towards agile maturity and psychological safety. Collaborate with program coaches to support teams in adopting agile methodologies and practices. Develop and implement strategies for agile adoption and scaling across the organization. Provide training and mentorship to colleagues on agile principles and methodologies. Facilitate positive change by advising on technical direction and agile practices. Promote a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and quality assurance at all levels. Skills Bachelor's degree in business, computer technology, or equivalent experience. Over 5 years of experience in coaching and leading agile transformations. Strong background in software development and agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban. Excellent communication skills for leading team meetings and facilitating sessions. Proficiency in agile tools such as JIRA and a growth mindset for learning new concepts. Preferred Skills Agile Coaching certification such as Certified Team Coach or Agile Certified Professional. Experience with DevOps principles and agile development techniques like TDD and BDD. Familiarity with pair programming and agile testing practices.
