- Can be fully remote anywhere near a Client branch (Austin, Westlake, Denver, Phoenix)
Key Responsibilities:
Value Management & Benefits Realization Support and operationalize enterprise benefits realization frameworks, including tracking, validation, and reporting Partner with business and technology teams to define value hypotheses, KPIs, and outcome measures Execute value measurement processes that connect delivery outputs to business outcomes Ensure consistency and integrity of value data across tools (e.g., Clarity, BI reporting) Portfolio Operations Execution Execute and continuously improve Lean-Agile portfolio workflows, including: Intake & demand management Prioritization support Execution tracking Maintain and enhance portfolio operating practices, SOPs, and templates Serve as a subject matter expert for portfolio processes and user adoption Prioritization, OKRs & Alignment Support Facilitate and enable prioritization processes by preparing data, insights, and trade-off scenarios Assist teams in defining and refining OKRs tied to strategic themes Translate portfolio-level strategy into execution-ready artifacts and metrics Reporting, Insights & Decision Support Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting artifacts that show: Value realization Delivery performance Progress against strategic objectives Provide data-driven insights to governance forums and leadership reviews Partner with data teams to ensure reporting accuracy and alignment to standards Process Design & Continuous Improvement Contribute to the design and refinement of end-to-end portfolio processes Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in: Workflow design Tool experience Data capture and reporting Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and metrics Change Management & Enablement Support rollout of new portfolio practices via: Training materials Role-based guidance Job aids and playbooks Assist in establishing Communities of Practice (CoP) and adoption mechanisms Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate with: Portfolio Governance teams (decision enablement)- 5-8+ years in Portfolio Management, PMO, Value Management, or related disciplines
- Experience with: Lean-Agile practices and portfolio operations, Reporting / analytics (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), Process execution and improvement
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills ? Designs processes that protect business integrity and manage risks ? Executes sophisticated processes to efficiently manage interrelated projects and programs ? Establishes advanced processes to evaluate project requirements and drive execution success
- Experience with Clarity, Rally, Jira, or similar enterprise tools
- Exposure to benefits realization frameworks and OKR models
- SAFe certification or comparable portfolio management training ?
