Fannie Mae is looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and coordinate Agile Release Train (ART) execution in a SAFe Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART synchronization, and enterprise Agile delivery coordination.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions Coordinate Scrum of Scrums (SoS), ART Sync, and leadership meetings Manage ART-level risks, dependencies, and impediments Consolidate and publish Program PI Objectives Track execution of features, epics, and Agile delivery metrics Work closely with Product Management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and PMO teams Facilitate ART demos and stakeholder communication Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams

Required Skills:

8+ years of Agile delivery/program management experience Strong hands-on experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) Extensive experience with SAFe Agile Framework Experience leading Agile Release Trains (ART) Expertise in PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, and dependency management Strong experience with Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

SAFe RTE Certification Financial Services / Banking domain experience PMP or Agile certifications preferred
