  • SummaryBack Fill RoleRTE/Release Train EngineerIntroductionAs an RTE/Release Train Engineer, you will lead Agile transformation and ensure successful execution of one or more value streams (Release Trains) to support the delivery of strategic technology products.

This hybrid role requires a balance of Agile leadership and program management skills to help software development teams build and deliver solutions more efficiently.



Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile transformation within the organization
  • Facilitate and support the execution of one or more value streams (Release Trains)
  • Collaborate with software development teams to ensure timely delivery of strategic technology products
  • Provide Agile coaching and guidance to team members
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to software development and delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance
  • Ensure alignment of team goals with organizational objectives
RequirementsRequired Skills:

StreamingEducation:

This position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a related field. (

Note:

A Master's degree is preferred.)
