Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach and Solution Train Engineer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and will be responsible for guiding teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile practices. This role requires a strategic thinker who can facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and ensure the successful delivery of software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Agile transformation initiatives across the organization, promoting Agile principles and practices. Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well defined product backlog and prioritize work effectively. Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage teams to experiment with new practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives. Monitor and report on team performance metrics to drive accountability and transparency. Facilitate cross team collaboration and communication to ensure alignment and shared understanding. Provide training and workshops to enhance Agile knowledge and skills across the organization.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role in software development. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and stakeholders. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS. Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles. Experience in software development or engineering roles. Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP ACC), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) are a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on Agile methodologies. Proven track record of successfully leading Agile transformations in a software development environment.
