Potential Full-Time Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Intelligence & Data Manager for a position located in Florence, AL. This position will lead a team of three while overseeing data, reporting, dashboards, and business analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of technical, analytical, and management skills. This person will analyze data, identify trends, build and support dashboards, and help turn information into useful business and marketing insights.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of three. Oversee data, reporting, and business analytics. Build, maintain, and support dashboards. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. Turn data into clear, useful business and marketing insights. Prepare reports and provide information to support business decisions. Work with different departments to understand reporting and data needs. Help improve reporting processes and data utilization. Provide guidance, direction, and support to the team.

Skills and Experience Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred, with a major or minor in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field . At least 2 years of relevant experience . Previous management or team leadership experience preferred. Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with data, reporting, and dashboards. Ability to identify trends and translate data into meaningful business insights. Strong communication and organizational skills. Must be able to work on site in Florence, AL, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM . Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Pay & Opportunity $65,000-$75,000/year, depending on experience.
