Manager, Data Analytics for Walmart+ Core Ops & Strategy Enablement, you will lead the development of scalable data foundations, frameworks, and consumption tools that power decision-making across Walmart+. You will shape how Walmart+ measures and interprets performance, defining the analytics strategy behind core metrics and ensuring both new and existing initiatives are supported by robust, actionable insights and scalable frameworks. This role partners closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Acquisition, Retention, Engagement and Operations, to enable strategic initiatives across one of Walmart's most strategic and fastest-evolving growth businesses.

• About the team
• The Walmart+ Core Ops & Strategy Enablement Data team plays a vital role within the Walmart+ ecosystem by creating scalable tools that simplify complex data into actionable insights.

The team conducts in-depth analyses to guide strategic initiatives and develops rigorous experimentation frameworks. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, they deliver advanced insights that extend beyond basic reporting to reveal performance drivers and underlying causes. This team leverages expertise in big data, SQL, Python, and Tableau to empower informed decision-making and support continuous improvement across the business.
