The Lead of Partnership Data and Automation supports the Partnership Accounting organization by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all partner‑related data flows. This role focuses on data integrity, validation, and transformation while building scalable, automated solutions that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Own data governance for partner‑related data, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Build transformations that standardize partner data outputs for use in partner reporting and modeling. Automate recurring manual processes using Power Query, Power BI dataflows, SQL‑based scripts, or other automation tools. Create efficient, scalable solutions that improve speed and internal controls in partner reporting. Work across the area to understand data needs tied to partner personas, calculations, and scenarios. Provide guidance and mentorship to Analysts and Sr. Analysts contributing to data activities. •Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.•Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. 5-10+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, financial systems, or similar roles. Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced joins, data modeling, optimization). Expertise with Power Query, Power BI, Excel, and automation tools. Python knowledge a plus. Strong understanding of financial or accounting data preferred (bonus if partnership data). Excellent problem ‑ solving skills and attention to detail.
