Support Data Analytics Manager, Cloud Support _corporate_fare_ Google _place_ Sunnyvale, CA, USA; Atlanta, GA, USA; +3 more; +2 more . Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience. + 10 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence. + 5 years of leadership experience, such as people management, team lead, mentorship or coaching. + Experience using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create visualizations and dashboards.

- Preferred qualifications:
- + Experience supporting global customer support organizations. + Experience with AI-enabled BI solutions. + Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Workspace products and support processes. + Familiarity with statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining techniques. + Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
