Job Description
The Performance Science Manager leads the integration and delivery of sports science systems across APC LA. This role is responsible for athlete assessment, monitoring, diagnostic profiling, data management across biomechanics, physiology, and applied sports science, as well as innovation processes that translate directly into training, rehabilitation, and performance decision-making. This role requires a unique combination of scientific depth, technical expertise, applied performance credibility. The Performance Science Manager must operate across lab, gym, rehab, and field environments ensuring that athlete data is reported and communicated in a way that improves training, rehabilitation, and performance decisions.
