(Only Include if position is based in Stamford) Your 'day to day': Develop and execute analytics strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead design and delivery of advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling, segmentation, and optimization. Build and maintain automated reporting and data pipelines using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake. Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across analytics processes translating raw data into useable data. Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for commercial, sales, and operations teams. Drive adoption of best practices and innovative methodologies across analytics teams. Who we're looking for: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Commutable distance to Stamford, CT. Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field. 10+ years in data analytics/data science, including 5+ years in leadership roles within CPG or regulated industries. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). Proven experience with syndicated market data, retailer scan/loyalty data, and CPG analytics use cases. Demonstrated success in managing multiple analytics projects and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical audiences. Relevant certifications (e.g., AI/ML, PMP) preferred.
Annual Base Salary Range :
$176,000
