The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for annual equity grants, subject to Board approval and company performance. Typical grant ranges vary by level and may significantly impact total compensation. For this position, equity could range from $30,000 to $35,000, subject to final approval by the company's Board of Directors. Equity awards are not guaranteed, and the value of any equity award at the time of grant may fluctuate based on the company's stock price and the grant date valuation. Must be Onsite in Boston, MA (Monday-Thursday) At this time, Wayfair does not provide sponsorship for employment authorization for this position. The Performance Management team is seeking a highly analytical, action-oriented, and collaborative Manager to help drive improvements across Wayfair's global transportation and delivery network. In this role, you will lead the mechanisms used to understand network performance, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and translate complex operational data into clear insights and actions for senior leaders and cross-functional partners. The Performance Management team is responsible for providing end-to-end visibility into transportation performance and ensuring the organization can quickly identify where the network is performing well, where it is falling short, and why. The team owns key performance metrics and recurring business reviews, conducts deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes, and partners closely with Operations, Carrier Management, Data Intelligence, Product, and Technology teams to improve performance, strengthen analytical capabilities, and drive better customer outcomes. What You'll Do Lead a team of analysts responsible for performance management across Wayfair's global transportation network. Own weekly and monthly business reviews, translating performance trends into clear insights, root causes, and actions for leaders. Lead strategic analytics initiatives and team roadmaps, from problem identification through implementation and measurement of results. Conduct ad hoc analyses and build advanced reporting to generate actionable insights. Build, operationalize, and iterate on key performance metrics and dashboards to communicate insights from analyses to stakeholders and leaders. Build strong partnerships and collaboration with leaders and stakeholders to enable consistency in programs with peers. Build and leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate analysis, streamline recurring workflows, and improve the scalability of the team's work. What You'll Need A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field. Direct people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and developing early‑career talent. Experience in reporting and analytics. Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI). Familiarity with Python or R is preferred but not required. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Strong presentation skills to all levels of management. Experience in taking a company forward in a fast-growth environment, providing insight for direction, and managing change effectively. An Important Note about
