Document all system configurations, customizations, integrations, and business process changes for ongoing reference and audit purposes. Manage post-implementation support and system stabilization, ensuring Finance team continuity during the transition period. Phase 2: In-House Data Analytics (Ongoing) Following the successful NetSuite go-live, this role will transition into a permanent analytics function embedded within the Finance department, providing data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. Ongoing responsibilities include:
Design and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and management reports utilizing NetSuite reporting tools and supplemental BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning initiatives. Develop and automate recurring Finance reports to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy and consistency. Partner with the CFO and Finance leadership to identify data trends, surface anomalies, and provide analytical support for strategic decisions. Maintain and improve data governance standards, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across financial systems. Serve as the internal NetSuite subject matter expert (SME), supporting ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, and user support needs. Collaborate with IT and other departments on cross-functional data initiatives and system integrations. Qualifications Required:
