Role Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate cross-functional AI programs from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Collaborate with other data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize program objectives. Manage cross ‑ functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of AI solutions. Partner with business stakeholders in Purchasing and Finance to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Translate business needs into actionable AI use cases and technical requirements Develop project roadmaps, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. Ensure solutions meet compliance, data governance, and security standards. Partner with Finance, Purchasing, Data, and Engineering teams to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics. Maintain strong data governance practices by ensuring data quality, lineage, documentation, and compliance requirements are clearly defined, consistently managed, and aligned with enterprise standards Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance/Purchasing or related field. Minimum 5 years of program or product management experience , including delivery of complex, cross functional initiatives Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts , including model lifecycle, data pipelines, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring (hands-on coding not required) Proven experience managing end ‑ to ‑ end programs , from ideation and planning through execution, launch, and post ‑ launch optimization Experience leading direct reports in application development, SIT/UAT testing, and project management. Experience managing project budget and external supplier engagements. Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables and communicate effectively with engineering, data science, legal, and leadership teams Experience working with large, complex datasets in enterprise environments Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non ‑ technical audiences and Senior Leadership. Strong understanding of SAP configuration, master data, and business process flow Prefe rred Qualifications Familiarity with data modeling, semantic layers, and enterprise data platforms.
