• Responsibilities
• + Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives (VP, SVP, C-suite) on AI enablement, data-driven transformation, and operational efficiency for Fortune 500/50 clients + Provide technical leadership and expertise in AI, which includes Generative AI, ML and Data Science, driving the design, development, and implementation of AI and AI Engineering solutions for clients + Bridging strong AI and technology expertise with business acumen to ensure effective alignment between technical solutions and strategic business goals + Architect and lead complex, cross-functional AI and Data transformation initiatives including cloud-native data platforms, ML Ops/Data Ops, BI strategy, and GenAI/AI strategy + Own and grow a multi-million-dollar engagement portfolio ($20M+ annually) through thought leadership, cross-capability solutioning, and executive relationship building + Define and manage key operational metrics including margin, utilization, bill rate, and client experience + Develop compelling POVs and thought leadership that drive incremental sales opportunities and market differentiation •Requirements•+ 10+ years in AI/ML, Data, and Analytics consulting with demonstrated career progression, including 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams of 15+ consultants + Deep technical expertise in AI & Data including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ML/ML Ops, Data Ops, BI platforms, Generative AI, and big data solutions (Python, Spark, SQL) + Track record managing engagement portfolios of $10M+ annually with proven solutioning and selling capabilities + Experience advising, presenting to, and building relationships with C-suite and SVP-level executives across multiple industry verticals + Industry expertise across sectors such as Retail, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, or Technology + Outcome-focused leader with executive presence, strong communication skills, and passion for solving complex problems while holding self and teams accountable •We offer•+ Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Subsidized) + Health Savings Account + Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Commuter) + Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (Company Provided) + Life and AD&D Insurance (Company Provided) + Employee Assistance Program + Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions + Matched 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan + Paid Time Off - the employee will be eligible to accrue 15-25 paid days, depending on specific level and tenure with EPAM (accrual eligibility may change over time) + Paid Holidays - nine (9) total per year + Legal Plan and Identity Theft Protection + Accident Insurance + Employee Discounts + Pet Insurance + Employee Stock Purchase Program + If otherwise eligible, participation in the discretionary annual bonus program + If otherwise eligible and hired into a qualifying level, participation in the discretionary Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Program •This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.

The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed.

Salary range:
