To Apply for this Job Click Here Manager, Data & Analytics Our client is hiring a Manager, Data & Analytics to take full ownership of a growing data function

  • the team, the platforms, and the roadmap. This role is built for a leader who has genuinely managed people before: hired them, coached them, and made the tough calls
  • but who is still sharp enough to jump into a stubborn SQL statement or a live database issue when the team needs backup.

You will drive delivery of a major cloud data warehouse initiative, lead a modernization of legacy reporting, and become a trusted voice for senior leadership and cross-functional partners who need clear answers about the state of the data. It's a fast-moving, high-visibility seat for someone who wants real ownership over both the people and the technology. Compensation:

This job is expected to pay about $150,000

  • 165,000 annually No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role
What You'll Do:

Own and grow a data function end to end

  • team structure, standards, and roadmap
  • leading a group of database administrators, data analysts, and data engineers Lead delivery of a major data warehouse initiative, migrating core reporting data into a modern cloud platform to support finance and accounting Drive modernization of legacy reporting into a leading BI platform, partnering with a global team to keep hundreds of reports on track Serve as the escalation point for complex data, database, and reporting issues•staying close enough to the work to jump in and troubleshoot when it counts Chair the data governance committee and provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status and team accomplishments What Gets You the
Job:

5+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, analytics, or database administration 2-3+ years of direct people leadership, including hiring, performance management, and coaching Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (Azure preferred), SQL, ELT/ETL pipelines, and modern cloud data warehousing Experience leading reporting modernization initiatives, and comfortable using AI tools to speed up day-to-day delivery A confident communicator who can partner with finance, accounting, and senior business stakeholders
