This Resource Deployment Manager role blends resource management, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure projects are properly staffed and delivered on time. Resource Deployment Manager Responsibilities Manage end-to-end resource allocation and project staffing across multiple engagements Partner with Project Managers to align staffing plans with delivery timelines and priorities Identify, escalate, and resolve resourcing risks that may impact project deadlines Coordinate with suppliers and oversee external resource onboarding Leverage Tableau, Looker, and Smartsheet to monitor utilization and optimize workforce planning Analyze large datasets and automate reporting to support data-driven decisions Maintain clear, accurate documentation through strong technical writing practices

Resource Deployment Manager Qualifications Required:

6 10+ years of experience in resource management, consulting, or professional services Proven expertise in project staffing and human capital management Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Hands-on experience with business analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Smartsheet) Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and editing skills Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) or equivalent
