Role:

Global Audit provides objective assurance and guidance to help CBRE leaders across our global enterprise identify, communicate and mitigate risk exposure that could threaten our company's ability to achieve strategic objectives. In short, this team helps CBRE reach business and functional goals by identifying opportunities for improvement. Global Audit is seeking an experienced Audit Analytics, AI, and Technology Manager to join its growing team in Richardson, TX. This role offers the opportunity to lead data-driven and technology-enabled initiatives within a collaborative and growth-oriented audit environment. The successful candidate will partner closely with Global Audit leadership and business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement data analytics, dashboards, automated solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities. This role will also support and enhance audit platforms such as Optro/AuditBoard, driving increased efficiency, deeper risk insights, and improved visibility across the organization.
What You'll Do:
Lead the design, development, and execution of the Audit Data Analytics and AI programs. Apply advanced data analytics, automation, and AI capabilities to optimize Global Audit execution across risk assessments, control testing and observation analysis. Deliver program-level analytics and monitoring while advising control testers on scalable control automation solutions. Partner with Global Audit and cross functional stakeholders to convert business objectives into clear technical requirements for data analytics and automation initiatives. This includes assessing audit and risk management needs, defining technical specifications, and bridging complex data, systems, and internal control requirements. Design and execute audit analytics to test controls, validate transactions and populations, and identify exceptions or control breakdowns during audits. Gather, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, variances, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders and senior management. Promote responsible use of AI-driven audit tools to enhance efficiency and documentation quality. Administer audit, data analytic, and automation tools, including access and configuration management; resolve technical issues; and provide user support and training to ensure effective tool utilization. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) from a four-year university in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience with data engineering and AI concepts including relational databases, data lakes, analytics/data science/ business intelligence tools, integration tools and related programming languages (Python, R, SQL, etc.), GenAI and LLM Orchestration and advanced prompt engineering. Experience with system administration is a plus, preferably with Optro/AuditBoard. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Power BI Data Analyst Associate, AuditBoard Certified Core Administrator, Certified SOXHUB or OpsAudit Administrator, CompTIA Server+) are a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to accurately explain technical solutions. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to audit and business stakeholders. Ability to respond effectively to request and support issues and work collaboratively with business partners. Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset. Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
