Role:
As a CBRE Data Analytics Sr. Manager, you will lead a team responsible for conducting advanced data analysis and reporting to drive business decisions and improve organizational performance. This person will need to be onsite in San Antonio.
What You'll Do:
Lead a team of data analysts and scientists to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions Develop and maintain advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to analyze complex data sets Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity Identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies to address them Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, and IT teams Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement Develop and maintain a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions Develop and maintain data quality and integrity standards and procedures Identify and mitigate data-related risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Develop and maintain a data analytics roadmap to drive business growth and improvement Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data infrastructure and tools Develop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the data analytics team
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field In-depth knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools Experience with data governance, data quality, and data integrity Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience developing and implementing data- driven solutions Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
