Job Description The AI/ML Engineer's role is to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions that improve production efficiency, product quality, and decision-making across the company's manufacturing operations, translating operational and business needs into scalable, production-ready models and data-driven applications. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Self-driven with a continuous-learning mindset. Comfort working with sensor and scanner data Experience with optimization techniques (linear/nonlinear programming, heuristics) relevant to cut planning or scheduling problems Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) Experience with SQL and data pipeline/orchestration tools (Airflow, Spark) Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
