Sr. AI Engineer

Job Description One of Insight Global's customers is looking to onboard an AI Engineer to their team in Irvine, CA. This role is embedded in a high-output innovation center where speed, ownership, and execution matter. The majority of the work (~80%) is hands-on, sprint-based delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, with the remaining time focused on forward-looking research and rapid experimentation. The team pushes aggressively, driving roughly 12 projects per year from concept to production, many of which are conceived internally by the innovation group while others are driven directly by urgent business needs. Success in this role requires operating with urgency, thriving in ambiguity, and consistently shipping high-impact solutions under tight timelines. This is a permanent opportunity and will be 5 days a week onsite in Irvine, CA.
