In this role, you will bridge the gap between data science, business operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of AI workflows that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making. Your energetic approach will drive continuous process improvements, foster collaboration across departments, and support strategic initiatives leveraging cutting-edge analytics tools. Responsibilities Design, implement, and oversee AI workflows that automate complex business processes in estimating and project management and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with project and field teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions. Designs, automates, and deploys intelligent business processes by integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents with internal systems. Manage data extraction and analysis using Open APIs, SQL and other data management techniques to support forecasting and business intelligence initiatives. Lead process improvement projects by analyzing current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending innovative solutions. Monitor AI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize models for accuracy and reliability. Develop comprehensive documentation for workflows, procedures, and project milestones. Review existing systems, software and infrastructure Review operational, finance, HR and procurement workflows Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities Implement practical AI solutions and workflows Develop an AI adoption roadmap Train and support management teams Create documentation and best practices Support the development of AI agents and automations Qualifications Proven experience in data analysis, business analysis, or process improvement roles with a focus on AI or automation projects. Strong Experience in Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Notebook, and Automation platforms and AI workflow tools Excellent understanding of business intelligence concepts including analytics, forecasting, and sales data management. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously and independently Exceptional analysis skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities. Familiarity with estimating and construction operations software experience supporting models is highly desirable. Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Pay:
$35.00
