Job Description The AI Engineer will build and deploy practical AI applications that improve commercial performance—including quoting, pricing, pipeline management, capacity planning, and forecasting. This role is focused on the front end of the business, partnering directly with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership to turn data into faster, better decisions. This role will build solutions that are embedded in daily workflows and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Work Mix:

50-60%: Build and maintain AI applications (Databricks-based)

40-50%: Work directly with sales, finance and operations Core Responsibilities Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to identify high-value AI use cases. (e.g. opportunity summaries and next best actions, guided quoting and pricing guardrails, similar deal insights and recommendation engines, pipeline and forecast intelligence dashboards, deal books, forecasting and SIOP inputs, guided quoting and pricing guardrails, market and opportunity summaries, daily sales TOC dashboard)

Build and deploy AI-enabled applications using Databricks

Integrate data across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and contract systems

Embed tools directly into commercial workflows (not standalone dashboards)

Lead pilots end-to-end (design → test → launch → sustain)

Train users and drive adoption within real business routines

Ensure accuracy, governance, and compliance (AS9100 / ITAR / DFARS)

Align with Corporate and Division IT on AI standards and controls

Report measurable improvements in revenue, margin, and forecast performance Qualifications Experience 3-6 years developing complex applications

2+ years of AI experience

Experience with CRM and/or CPQ systems strongly preferred

Experience supporting commercial or revenue operations is a plus

Technical Skills Required:

Databricks (SQL, Delta Tables, Unity Catalog)

AI capabilities: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG workflows

Strong SQL and Python (or equivalent)

Familiarity with APIs, Git, and application deployment Working Style Strong business translator—turns commercial problems into scalable solutions

~25% travel for sales engagement, working sessions, and deployments

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $96300 to $115,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
