About the role Please note, this team is hiring across all levels and candidates are individually assessed and appropriately leveled based upon their skills and experience. Netskope's AI SecOps team utilizes the latest in AI innovations to build agentic solutions that empower security operations professionals to effectively see, analyze, and take control of what's happening within their companies. With billions of daily signals in play, these agentic solutions quickly pinpoint potential risks in the sea of normal business behaviors. What's in it for you In this role, you will be the engineering leader for a fast-growing product suite that is deeply rooted in AI. You will lead a robust technical team that is AI-native and running at high velocity. You will guide and evolve a team that has already transitioned to fully AI-authored engineering lifecycles. What we want you to bring to the table Extensive work experience: 15+ years of software engineering experience, 8+ years leading engineering teams, 4+ years in cybersecurity Inspirational leadership capable of maintaining high energy and high velocity within the team Deep understanding of AI and agentic technologies Passionate about building products that provide rich experiences for users Track record of interacting with customers and understanding their workflows and use cases Direct experience coding using AI agents and leadership experience guiding teams to use AI agents for R D Hands-on experience developing software in the cloud with AWS, GCP, and Azure Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams, reaching consensus, and driving execution as a team player Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment BSCS or equivalent is required, with an MS in CS or engineering equivalent strongly preferred
Compensation:
At Netskope, salary is one component of our competitive total rewards package. The salary range for this position is as listed below. This is a national range. For purposes of complying with applicable laws, the range applies to candidates in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Washington, and other states. The successful candidate's starting pay will also be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the On Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target commission amount at 100% goal achievement. In addition to salary, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus plan (for non-sales roles) and a stock award program. Candidates may also be eligible for a comprehensive health plan and other benefits that can be reviewed at Netskope Benefits site .
