Job Description:

AI Product Director Bay Area, California (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite) | Up to $300,000 base salary + bonus This is an opportunity to shape and scale AI products that are already delivering real business impact. Rather than building a strategy deck, you will lead the next phase of an established AI transformation programme, driving the redesign of critical business processes and bringing AI solutions into production across multiple functions. The Role You will lead AI product strategy and execution across a portfolio of business-critical initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

Defining and driving the AI product roadmap in partnership with senior stakeholders. Leading the redesign of complex business processes using AI-first thinking. Managing multiple AI programmes and product workstreams simultaneously. Overseeing and developing a team of AI Product Managers. Working closely with subject matter experts to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities for transformation. Creating detailed product requirements and design specifications for engineering teams and delivery partners. Managing external technology partners and ensuring solutions meet business and quality standards. Measuring adoption, performance, and business impact of AI products in production. Influencing senior leadership and helping shape long-term AI product strategy. Your Skills & Experience Strong commercial experience delivering AI products from concept through to production. Proven success reimagining business processes with AI rather than simply automating existing workflows. Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, generative AI, or agent-based systems. Experience creating product specifications and leading cross-functional product delivery. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility across technical and non-technical teams. Experience managing multiple complex initiatives and competing priorities.
