Job Description

Job Summary The Center for Teaching & Learning at CU Boulder invites applications for The Postdoctoral Associate in Generative AI and Pedagogy (STEM) position. What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be Postdoc will contribute to Research and Programmatic efforts in teaching and learning with
AI:
Synthesize emerging research Review and translate scholarship on generative AI in higher education into accessible, faculty-facing guidance. Conduct and support research Design and support Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) and/or Discipline Based Educational Research (DBER) projects related to AI Contribute to external grant development Pilot and assess AI tools in instructional contexts Support faculty and CTL programming Collaborate with campus partners to integrate research into CTL programming Develop workshops, consultations, and discipline-informed resources Extend and systematize existing work Build on research conducted by CTL undergraduate Educational Technology Research Assistants Develop best-practice frameworks and scalable, asynchronous resources (e.g., guides, modules, case studies) What We Can Offer The annual salary for this full-time position is $70,000. What We Require Ph.D. or terminal degree in field & 1 year of post-secondary teaching as instructor of record.
