- Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud and AI architecture aligned with business and technical requirements. Develop solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Agentforce, and CRM Analytics/Tableau . Define enterprise data models, data ingestion strategies, identity resolution, calculated insights, and data harmonization. Architect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise data platforms, applications, and third-party systems. Design real-time and batch data pipelines using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms. Establish data governance, security, privacy, access controls, and compliance standards. Identify opportunities to apply AI and predictive analytics to improve customer and business outcomes. Design AI-powered experiences using Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce capabilities. Lead technical architecture reviews and provide guidance to Salesforce development and data engineering teams. Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, integration patterns, and implementation roadmaps. Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, data scientists, developers, and product teams. Evaluate existing Salesforce and analytics environments and recommend modernization opportunities. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, highly available, and aligned with Salesforce best practices. Support proof-of-concepts, implementation, testing, deployment, and production transition. Required Skills 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and enterprise technology solutions . Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud . Strong understanding of Salesforce Einstein AI and Agentforce . Experience with CRM Analytics / Tableau and enterprise analytics solutions. Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security model, APIs, and integration patterns. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud , or other Salesforce clouds. Expertise in data modeling, data integration, ETL/ELT, and data governance. Experience with

REST/SOAP

APIs, event-driven architecture, and middleware platforms. Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP . Experience with SQL and enterprise data warehouses/lakehouses. Excellent architecture, communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect / Data Architect or related certifications. Salesforce Data Cloud certification is a strong plus. Experience with Tableau, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS data services . Experience implementing enterprise AI and generative AI solutions. Knowledge of RAG, LLMs, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI governance . Experience leading large-scale Salesforce transformation and modernization initiatives. Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments.
