Skills & Experience Artificial Intelligence AWS Description AI Solution Architect | Engineer As our AI Solution Architect | Engineer, you will be the visionary technical leader driving our artificial intelligence initiatives. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions that enhance our concierge service, optimize predictive maintenance models, and elevate the overall member experience. In this critical role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and strategic business objectives. You will architect the infrastructure that powers our next-generation home management platform — ensuring our technology is as seamless and reliable as the white-glove service we deliver to every member. What You Will Build Six core domains where your expertise will directly shape the future of intelligent homeownership.
Strategic Architecture & Design:
Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade AI solutions, integrating advanced machine learning models
Predictive Maintenance Innovation:
Develop and refine predictive algorithms that analyze home system data to forecast appliance failures before they occur, supporting our proactive maintenance promise.
Platform Engineering & Deployment:
Build and maintain the AI services layer, establishing robust MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Data Integration & Security:
Architect secure data connectivity patterns to integrate diverse data sources (member profiles, service histories, IoT diagnostics) while ensuring strict compliance with data privacy regulations and zero-trust security standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with executive leadership, software engineering teams, and service operations to translate business requirements into technical blueprints and actionable AI applications.
Technology Evaluation:
Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and vendor solutions to ensure Omnio remains at the forefront of the insurtech and home services industries. What You Bring to the
Table Educational Background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Technical Expertise:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering and cloud architecture, with at least 3 years dedicated to designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
Cloud & Infrastructure:
Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a strong understanding of scalable cloud-native architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
AI/ML Proficiency:
Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
Programming Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of data manipulation libraries and AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain).
Business Acumen:
Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align technology initiatives with overarching business goals.
Industry Knowledge:
Prior experience in insurtech, property technology (PropTech), or luxury home services is highly preferred. Candidates with three to four years of directly relevant experience who demonstrate exceptional performance and a clear upward trajectory will also be considered.
