Role Overview We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with strong experience in Python and Azure to design, build, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. This role will focus on developing end-to-end machine learning systems, including large language model (LLM) applications, and deploying them in scalable cloud environments. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models using Python Develop end-to-end AI applications leveraging large language models (LLMs) Implement advanced prompting techniques, including Chain-of-Thought reasoning Architect and deploy large-scale models (e.g., LLaMA and similar open-source LLMs) into production environments Leverage Azure cloud services for model training, deployment, and monitoring Build backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as Flask Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI/ML solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows Optimize models and pipelines for real-world production use cases Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience in machine learning and deep learning using Python Experience working with Azure cloud platform and AI/ML services Exposure to Generative AI and large language model applications Experience in building and deploying LLM-based solutions Understanding of advanced prompting techniques such as Chain-of-Thought Experience with deploying large models (e.g., LLaMA variants) in production environments Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Flask for application development Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment What We Look For Engineers who can move from experimentation to production-grade systems Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work in client-facing environments Ability to connect technical solutions with business use cases Curiosity to explore evolving AI technologies and apply them pragmatically Why Join Keansa Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and cloud-based transformation programs Exposure to enterprise-scale implementations across industries Collaborative, high-impact environment with global teams Ability to shape real-world AI solutions, not just prototypes
